Peach Cream Pie

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar (more if peaches are not too sweet)
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Place peaches in shell.

    Pour over them the cream mixture. Don't beat cream!

    Mix cream, flour, sugar and salt together with spoon.

    Pour over peaches.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
