- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar (more if peaches are not too sweet)
- dash of salt
Directions

1Place peaches in shell.

2Pour over them the cream mixture. Don't beat cream!

3Mix cream, flour, sugar and salt together with spoon.

4Pour over peaches.

5Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
