  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. half and half or cream
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Cut butter into small pieces and dot pie shell with butter.

    Cover with peaches.

    Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.
