- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. half and half or cream
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Cut butter into small pieces and dot pie shell with butter.

3Cover with peaches.

4Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.

5Stir in half and half or cream.

6Pour over peaches.

7Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
