  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/4 c. crumbled pie crust sticks
  • 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, cut into pats

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Spread drained peaches in a 10-inch baking dish. Crumble together pie crust and brown sugar and sprinkle over peaches.

    Top with pats of butter and lemon rind. Bake in 325° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Let set for 15 to 20 minutes and serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
