- 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 1/4 c. crumbled pie crust sticks
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, cut into pats
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Spread drained peaches in a 10-inch baking dish. Crumble together pie crust and brown sugar and sprinkle over peaches.

3Top with pats of butter and lemon rind. Bake in 325° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

4Let set for 15 to 20 minutes and serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
