- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. quick oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
- vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut butter into oat mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2Stir in pecans.

3Spoon peaches into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Spoon crumb mixture on top.

5Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.

6Serve with ice cream.
