- 1 c. sugar
- 2 heaping tsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Add stiff egg whites last.

2Fill unbaked pie shell 3/4 full of sliced ripe peaches.

3Pour egg and flour mix over top of peaches until shell is full.

4Pour small amount of melted butter on top. Bake 15 minutes at 400°, then at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

5Bake on bottom rack.
