- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 14 oz. sliced peaches, drained and reserve liquid
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 peach syrup
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and butter; press into 9 x 9-inch pan. Arrange peaches to cover crumbs and sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

2Bake until bubbly.

3Remove from oven and pour on already beaten milk, egg and syrup mixture.

4Return to oven and bake until firm.

5Oven heat is 350°.
