  • 1 quick pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh sliced peaches
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cover bottom of crust with ripe sliced peaches. Combine other ingredients and pour over peaches. Pat rim of pie crust with milk. Bake at 400° until crust is brown (about 19 minutes).

    Reduce heat to 300°. Bake until done, about 20 minutes.
