  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (do not drain)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. pecans or walnuts

    Mix jello, pineapple with syrup and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Cool.

    Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish; chill at least 3 hours.
