Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 4 c. fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. peach Jell-O
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until smooth and spread on cooled crust, then layer peaches and top with the following.

    Mix 1 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons peach Jell-O.

    Stir in water and cook over medium heat until thick and clear.

    Will need to boil a few minutes.
