Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. carton whipped topping
  • 4 c. fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small pkg. peach jello
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients and spread in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.

    Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and whipped topping.

    Spread on crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
