  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Melt butter in casserole dish.

    Pour in peaches with juice. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Pour over peaches.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
