  • salt/pepper
  • 6 T balsamic vinegar
  • 4 T maple syrup (pure is best)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 4 T fresh thyme
  • finely shredded lemon peel of 1 lemon
