Peach Dump

Directions

   Dump peaches with juice in 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Sprinkle cake mix over peaches.

   Sprinkle walnuts over top.

   Melt butter and pour over top.

   All cake mix should be moist.

   Bake at 350°

   for 35 minutes.

   Cool.

   Top with Cool Whip.
