- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can sliced peaches
Directions

1Boil water, sugar and margarine for about 10 minutes.

3Roll fruit in flour tortillas and arrange in pan.

4Pour hot mixture over and bake about 15 minutes at 350°.

5Turn enchiladas to brown bottom side.
