  • 1 small pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 15 very ripe peaches (peeled and chopped in blender)
  • 3/4 c. sugar (to sweeten, if needed)
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix Jell-O with boiling water and set aside about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Pour all ingredients into ice cream freezer and fill with milk to half of last notch on churn.

    Freeze and enjoy.
