  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3 pt. frozen nondairy coffee creamer, thawed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. commercial sour cream

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan, mixing well. Stir in milk.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

    Remove from heat.

    Chill 2 to 3 hours.
