- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3 pt. frozen nondairy coffee creamer, thawed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan, mixing well. Stir in milk.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Chill 2 to 3 hours.
