- 4 c. peaches
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 7 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pouch Certo
- 1 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Peel and pit 3 pounds peaches.

2Use grinder to chop in 1/4-inch pieces.

3Measure peaches; add lemon juice and sugar.

4Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

5Then add Certo and margarins; boil 1 minute.

6Remove from heat.

7Skim foam off.

8Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

9Yields 8 cups.
