- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1/4 teaspoon hichimi Japanese 7-powder seasoning

- daikon radish, shredded
- carrot, shredded
- cucumber, sliced
Directions

1Cut fish into 8 x 1 1/2 x 3/4-inch rectangular pieces.
