  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. crushed macaroon cookie crumbs (about 6 macaroons)
  • 1 c. pureed or mashed peaches
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

    Whip whipping cream.

    In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, crumbs, peaches and extract.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
