- 7 lbs peaches, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 qt frozen raspberries
- 6 cups sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup raspberry liqueur
- 1 box pectin
Directions

1Place frozen berries in a large stock pot, and set it on low to defrost berries while you prepare peaches. When all fruit is in the pot, add the lemon juice and the sugar. Stir thoroughly. Add liqueur, and turn heat to high. Continue stirring until mixture comes to a full, rolling boil. Add pectin, and continue stirring, keeping at a full, rolling boil for one minute. Preserve as desired.
