- 1 bunch mixed sprouts
- 12 cup white wine
- 12 bunch broccoli
- 2 zucchini
- 2 squash
- 4 pita bread
- 12 cup mushroom (optional)
- 4 slices swiss cheese (optional)
- 4 chicken tenders (optional)
Directions

1Put 1/2 of the wine in a skillet- heat.

2Add vegtables and remaining wine-- cook until tender.

3Toast pita bread in oven or on flat grill.

4Place vegetables on pita bread with sprouts and diced tomatoes.

5Cut in half and serve.
