  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch mixed sprouts
  • 12 cup white wine
  • 12 bunch broccoli
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 squash
  • 4 pita bread
  • 12 cup mushroom (optional)
  • 4 slices swiss cheese (optional)
  • 4 chicken tenders (optional)

Directions

    Put 1/2 of the wine in a skillet- heat.

    Add vegtables and remaining wine-- cook until tender.

    Toast pita bread in oven or on flat grill.
  4. 4
    Place vegetables on pita bread with sprouts and diced tomatoes.

    Cut in half and serve.
