- 4 qt. peaches (clingstone)
- 3 lb. sugar
- 3 c. cider vinegar
- 4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
- 4 tsp. whole cloves
Directions

1Put peaches in large strainer and dip into boiling water for about 1/2 minute. Rinse with cold water and peel. Boil sugar, vinegar and cinnamon 20 minutes. Place 5 or 6 peaches at a time in syrup and boil 5 minutes (or until tender).

2Pack in hot jars. Add 1 teaspoon cloves to each jar.

3Fil with hot syrup and seal.
