Peach Pickles

Ingredients

  • 1 large can peach halves or slices
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 5 or 6 cloves
  • sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Drain juice from peaches and place juice in saucepan.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Cook 5 minutes more.

    Remove from the heat and cool.

    Refrigerate a few hours or overnight before serving.

    Keep refrigerated.

    This recipe can be halved and is still tasty.
