- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook 3 cups of peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar until mixture comes to a boil.

2Add remaining sugar, butter, salt and cornstarch. Cook until clear and glossy.
