  • fresh peach halves or frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 to 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Arrange peaches in unbaked pie shell.

    Mix together all remaining ingredients until smooth.
