  • 4 c. fresh peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 T. flour
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together peaches, sugar and flour. Put into pastry-lined 10-inch deep pie pan. Mix vanilla and cream together and pour over peaches. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 45 minutes.
