  • baked crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 small pkg. orange or lemon jello
  • 1 tsp. orange peel
  • some Cointreau (optional)
  • 4 c. thinly sliced peaches

Directions

    Bring sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water to a boil. Add jello, orange peel and Cointreau.

    Allow to cool. Fill crust with sliced peaches. Pour cooled syrup over peaches.
