  • 4 c. of fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 box fold out pie crust

Directions

    Mix above ingredients and pour in pie crust.

    Bake on 425° for 45 minutes.

    Last 10 minutes brush with sugar water.

    Ovens vary, may have to turn down to 400°.
