- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 box fold out pie crust
Directions

1Mix above ingredients and pour in pie crust.

2Bake on 425° for 45 minutes.

3Last 10 minutes brush with sugar water.

4Ovens vary, may have to turn down to 400°.
