  • dried peaches, cooked and sweetened
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Directions

    Mix and beat by hand real well: eggs, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and margarine. Spread dried peaches on bottom of pie shells. Pour egg mixture on top of peaches. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until brown.
