  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon and vanilla flavor

    Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour pan. Beat butter and cream cheese together in bowl until well blended. Add sugar to mixture and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon flavor. Sift flour and blend into creamed mixture. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes.
