  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
  • 6 to 8 medium size peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell (double crust).

    Add top crust and seal.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° for 45 minutes or longer if needed.
