- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O gelatin, any flavor or sugar free
- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust shell, cooled
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. diced fresh peaches
- 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth.

3Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.

4Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm.

5Makes 8 servings. Garnish.
