- 1 pt. vinegar (I prefer 1 c.)
- 5 lb. sugar
Directions

1Wash peaches; cut from seed, leaving peeling on.

2Dissolve sugar in vinegar.

3Add peaches.

4Cook until thick enough to spread.

5Pack in hot jars.

6Process 10 minutes in water bath. Make fried pies and eat.
