- 1/2 cups Soy, Low-fat, Or Almond Milk
- 1 To 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds, To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (omit If Using Vanilla Soy Milk)
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Pinch Of Nutmeg And Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoons Honey, If Needed
- 1/2 cups Ice Cubes, Or More, If Needed

1Add peaches, yogurt, soy milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract (if using), cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a blender and mix until well incorporated. Taste and add honey, if needed, and more spices, to taste. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
