Peach Pie Supreme

  • 1 pie shell (pastry)
  • 4 large peaches, peeled and halved
  • chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Place peach halves, open side up, in the pie shell.

    Fill center of each peach with chopped nuts.

    Beat remaining ingredients and pour over the peaches.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then 325° for 45 minutes.

    Allow to cool before serving.
