- 1 lb day-old pound cake, cut into large cubes
- 4 None eggs, at room temperature
- 3 cups 2% milk
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar + extra, to dust
- 1 (13.5 oz) can peach slices in juice, drained, halved lengthwise
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish. Arrange cake in prepared dish.

2Whisk together eggs, milk and powdered sugar. Strain over cake in baking dish. Top with peach slices. Place dish in a roasting pan. Add enough hot water to come halfway up side of baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden and just set.

3Let cool for 10 mins then dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
