Ingredients

  • 1 peach slice
  • 1 orange slice
  • 3 brandied cherries
  • 1/2 ounce cane syrup, such as Depaz
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces amber rum

Directions

    In a pint glass, muddle the peach, orange and cherries with the syrup and bitters.

    Add the ice and rum and pour back and forth between the pint glass and a rocks glass 3 times.

    Pour into the rocks glass.
