  • 3- 3 oz. pkg. peach jello
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1- large can peaches, drain and reserve juice, slightly blend peaches in blender or food processor
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. peach juice
  • 8- ice cubes
  • 1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except peaches.

    Let cool, then add peaches.

    Pour into a 9 x 13

    pyrex dish.
