- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil, then add garlic.

2When onion and garlic are transparent, add rice and water.

3When rice and water come to a boil, add salt.

4Cover and lower temperature to low heat and simmer until no water is in bottom of pan, approximately 20 minutes.
