Peach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (22 or 24 oz.) can sliced peaches, cut bite size
  • 1 can (large) crushed pineapple
  • 1 jar junior baby food peaches
  • 2 small pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 tsp. plain gelatin (softened in 1/4 c. cold water)
  • 1 small carton sour cream

Directions

    Drain peaches and pineapple.

    Heat juice in a saucepan.

    Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve.

    Add and dissolve softened gelatin. Add baby peaches, peach slices and pineapple.

    Place half this mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Chill until set.

    Spread over the sour cream.

    Carefully pour over this the other half of the Jell-O mixture.

    Chill until set.
