Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained peaches
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Directions

    Melt margarine and add to crumbs and sugar.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

    Spread on graham cracker crumbs.

    Top with sliced peaches.

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Add cold water.

    When Jell-O starts to thicken, pour over peaches.

    Chill 3 hours.
