- 16 canned peach halves, drained
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- whipping cream
- 24 coconut macaroons, crushed
- 1/2 c. oleo, softened
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix together the egg yolks, macaroons, oleo and sugar.

2Put peach halves in shallow baking pan.

3Put a large tablespoon of macaroon filling in each peach.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
