  • 1 lg. tub Cool Whip, softened

Directions

    Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, in a 13x9 pan.

    Cool cake and spread 1/2 container of Cool Whip on top. Arrange peach slices on top and then spread remaining Cool Whip over peaches.

    Chill overnight.
