Peach Syrup

  • 8 peaches fresh, peeled and pitted
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

    Add sugar and peaches into medium size pot

    Heat the peaches and sugar over medium high heat stirring constantly

    When the peaches have lost their shape and there is a good amount of liquid in the pot and cinnamon and stir until combined

    Then take a heat proof container and place a fine mesh strainer in it and pour the the mixture of peaches, sugar, and cinnamon through the strainer and let sit for 30 minutes until the syrup has finished straining

    Then enjoy it on pancakes or bacon
