- boned chicken breast
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- melted butter
Directions

1Pound each chicken breast until flat.

2Prepare stuffing following package directions (1 cup for every 2 chicken breasts). Place a ball of stuffing in the middle of each breast.

3Fold breast around stuffing and pinch together at top and sides.

4Place in a buttered baking dish and brush with melted butter.

5Sprinkle with stuffing crumbs and pour cream over the top.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
