  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
  • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
