- 28 oz. can peach halves
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. cornflakes
- 1 Tbsp. Pennsylvania butter
- 2 c. Pennsylvania vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Arrange, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Add reserved liquid.

4Combine sugar and cinnamon.

5Sprinkle evenly over peaches.

6Top each peach half with 1 tablespoon cornflakes and a dot of butter.

7Bake 15 minutes.

8Serve warm with ice cream.
