  • 28 oz. can peach halves
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 Tbsp. cornflakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Pennsylvania butter
  • 2 c. Pennsylvania vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Arrange, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Add reserved liquid.

    Combine sugar and cinnamon.

    Sprinkle evenly over peaches.

    Top each peach half with 1 tablespoon cornflakes and a dot of butter.
