  • 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. watercress, packed
  • 1 tsp. tarragon, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
