  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (do not use instant)
  • 3 Tbsp. softened margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juices)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar and 6 Tbsp. reserved juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Grease a 9 or 10-inch pie pan.

    Combine first 7 ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
