- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped, pealed ripe peaches (or drained canned)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Grease pie pan - 9-inch round or 8-inch square.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Beat well for 1 minute.

5Pour into pan.

6Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.

7Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
